Hotel Pulitzer felt like a beautiful oasis and hidden gem within an already beautiful city. My fiancé and I ended up getting a room from a third party deal and we truly struck gold. The hotel finishes and decor are modern and luxurious but with personality. The bedrooms, while small still felt big enough for both of us. The bed was super comfy, and we are still raving by how amazing the bathroom products smelled and felt on our skin. On top of it all, the espresso machine was just icing on the cake. Starting your day off with quality coffee without having to leave your room was incredible. And despite being in a very busy street with a lot of nightlife on weekends, we never heard any noise from outside (or any surrounding rooms). We also wanted to give a sincere thanks to the cleaning staff who were excellent. It was always great to come back in after a long day to the cold still water. We ordered room service once and the food was truly amazing .If you stay or even if you’re just in the area, do yourself the favor and try out the food! The location was extremely central, it was great to have access to two metro lines that got us everywhere or the ability to take a nice walk to the major spots. Finally, what made Hotel Pulitzer for us was the staff. Our flight landed earlier than expected, we were prepared to just drop our luggage off (which they offer!) until check in but they surprised us by having our room ready, which after a very long flight was a beautiful surprise (as we’re the delicious cookies they left for us). During one instance on the trip I injured my wrist and had asked for some ice, which they promptly delivered, but more than that they also checked up on me afterwards which was very kind. One extra note: I’m immunocompromised, so my partner and I have to take a lot of precautions for me not to get sick. Despite getting some weird looks and services across Paris for wearing masks, the staff at Hotel Politzer truly were so kind and welcoming and never made us feel ostracized. It was a highlight to come back every day. While we might of gotten a third party deal, we both agreed if we ever return we are coming back to Hotel Pulitzer and will look for other Pulitzers wherever we travel.

I liked it a lot, lovely cozy high end design, very helpful staff and very comfortable beds! (Hard to find in Paris) Neighborhood is lovely and very central! So much in a walking distance! Food is great as well! Only complain would be the size of the room (but standard in Paris) and the fact that the hotel does not have a gym, but luckily a cooperation with a close by gym - however, you have to pay to use it - given the room prices, I think this should be included.

“Lovely cosy hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at the Pulitzer. The lobby and rooms are lovely - very warm and inviting. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small. Amazing breakfast (omelette) delivered to our room. Super friendly staff. Great location. Would stay again.

Paris hotels are expensive and this was no different. We had a suite at the top of the building and it was tiny, barely any room to open cases. It was nicely decorated but nothing to shout about. The receptionist fell out with us about whether breakfast was included in our booking. I showed her my booking confirmation (via the agent) which said it was included but she maintained it was not, even to the point of disturbing our drink at the bar by coming over to wave booking forms at us to "prove" what our form would like like if we had breakfast included. So petty and silly. I emailed our agent who confirmed with the hotel that breakfast was included in the rate. No apology from the hotel or the rude receptionist to acknowledge their mistake. It's a nice location, 30 mins walk up to the Sacre Coeur but a disappointing and overpriced hotel with one very rude staff member.
