“Basic”
Basic accommodation, very much felt like student halls, not the cleanest, and bathroom was not well desgined but location was good and staff helpful. OK for 2 nights near to rugby ground, though need taxi to visit Aix centre.

“Adequate for a short stay”
Less than ideal location and fairly basic amenities but comfortable and clean. Would have expected to be informed in advance of the wifi outage. Also did not like housekeeping entering without knocking. Rude morning reception lady but pleasant and friendly manager and afternoon reception lady.
