“Good hotel with history and a great location”
This historic building is in a great location inside the walls of Avignon, close to the tourist office and the main street in the city. “Grand building in a superb location”
I was very surprised with how much I enjoyed this hotel. I love the feel of the grand old building, just beautiful. Obviously with older buildings comes challenges for decor and modernisation, however what it does delivers is charm. Rooms are pleasant enough, food was good. Location is superb.

“Need to know—stairs!”
Nice hotel nice staff but a couple of issues. While they have a lift, there are stairs up or down to your room if you are in the NEW BUILDING. If this is an issue for you…..also, water pressure seems To be very low for shower and even the sink. Water just dribbles out. Nice, less touristy neighborh… more
