its in a great location, over the road from the train station and only 15 minute walk into the centre and at the hotel there is secure car parking underground rooms are fine, mini kitchens are well stocked for the traveler overall its a great place and we stayed twice in a short time and would have no hesitation staying again and considering the location, we thought the room was very quiet

Disappointed to be charged for early checkin when we arrived as room was clearly already free. Paid fee only to find no towels and no idea how to unfold the sofa bed. Had to go down twice to ask unfriendly Reception staff. The room was a good size, clean and was quiet despite being opposite the station. I didnt like a 50 euro hold going on my card - not sure what that was for as no mono bar! Staff didn’t explain as English not good. Very handy for station and bus terminal and area was safe and nice and had supermarkets if you want to cook basic meal in the room. It was a long walk to the old town which we found a bit under whelming.

This hotel needs some updating and redecoration. The carpets in our room were dirty as were the skirting boards. One bath towel had some nasty stains on it. The pillows were the lumpiest we’ve ever slept on. The plus points were the handy kitchenette, however with this comes some cooking smells from other rooms, and the convenience of Perpignan Station being just across the road. It’s ok and good value but maybe just for one night only.

Location is ideal Very close to the train and bus station The balcony room we had, had great views over the mountains Nice large room with kitchenette but there is no kettle. It would be great if they can add a kettle to the kitchenette as well The car park next to the hotel is one of the cheapest in Perpignan and Lidl and other supermarkets plus a couple of restaurants at the train station. Perpignan city centre is very walkable from here so if you don't have a car, getting around won't be a problem Disliked · The hotel has a strict no check-in before 4pm policy which is really strange. They don't clean rooms every day and the hotel wasn't full so some of the rooms would've been ready. Despite that, we were told that people check out at 11 and it takes time to clean rooms then we can check in at 4pm They were happy to store our luggage if we needed to The bed is on the small side, the mattress is old and sagging and the pillows are lumpy. The rooms aren't cleaned daily which isn't really very pleasant plus they won't even change towels if we needed them. We didn't know that would be the case so we had left the towels on the floor for them to change it but realised later that they give fresh towels only once during the stay Rubbish from the room was emptied once during our 4 day stay The AC unit isn't capable of heating the room and as the weather was very cold we really froze in the room. They don't have fan heaters to give to clients either so they can keep themselves warm. Very difficult to sleep when it is so cold. Don't know if the AC units work well in summer to cool the place or not but if it wasn't working well in winter then very likely won't work well in summer either There is only one side table which is really strange as both people sleeping in the bed would need a side table each. There are charging points next to the beds though They are charging full price but not giving the full service The place is ideal but if they can get on top of these few niggly problems then the place would be really perfect
