“Best On Mountain Option”
By staying right on the mountain you get more time for hiking, peaceful times with fewer people around once the last train goes, and time to just hang out enjoying this special place. This is the best option right on site- nicest rooms and you can add board at the restaurant located in the hotel.… more

“Montserrat is truly spectacular ( but gets overcrowded)”
The location is unbeatable as it is just beside the monastery. The full board option is good as the only other eating places are overcrowded and expensive . However having said that the hotel restaurant is not great value either but at least it is less crowded. Our room was good at the front overl… more
