“City vibe right in the heart of Pape'ete.”
I went here on a huge group trip. This was my 3rd trip to Tahiti. Some people when they stay in Pape'ete are surprised at how more city-like it is, but it is the city!! I was REALLY hesitant to book this hotel, because of the poor rating it has and all the bad reviews I saw, especially about the noise issues. “COMFORTABLE HOTEL CLOSE TO HARBOUR”
Hotel Tahiti Nui is comfortable and well located for a short stay in Papeete.It is within walking distance of the cruise ship terminal but would be an effort with multiple pieces of luggage to walk so I would recommend using a taxi instead. “Short over night visit”
The hotel service at reception was very ordinary considering we checked in at 3.30am!! The rooms were ok but the showers were poor with dirt rust marks and water not draining properly. Restaurant service was good. They didn’t give us even half hour late check out which was at 11am. That wasn’t good… more
