Just loved it great rooms swimming pools and service from all the staff we encountered. My only criticism not all the English tv channels worked which I tended to watch in the evening or first thing but apart from that can’t wait to go back!! Roberto in the restaurant worked incredibly hard every day! All the housekeeping staff were so friendly and kept our room spotless

“Excellent Accommodation”

Very nice welcoming hotel, with very comfortable spacious rooms and beds. Housekeeping and catering was excellent. Plenty to do at the hotel and only a very short walk to the beach and town centre.

We booked a week here having visited the island many times before but not Corralejo for many years so was excited to see what in store for this trip Some good memories which I hope to relay in this review to help others. We arrived late but not by any means the middle of the night and check in was a little rushed with some information not given at the time which would been more helpful for example the access to the WiFi We stayed in a junior suite in room 5128 which had a pool view of the quiet pool which was perfect for us. The room was large and spacious with a good shower and plenty of storage too. My poor wife had a problem opening the safe which never opened for her but did for me !!!! So the hotel are trying to be more eco conscious and you receive 2 tokens to exchange for 2 small plastic cups for drinks and then return these when you need your next drinks. This resulted in far less empty cups littering the resort and a saving in unnecessary washing. This is obviously a good thing but I would take my own pint size plastic cups to enjoy a nice cold beer in next time. The other savings are related to exchange of pool towels. On arrival or the next morning you need to go to reception and pay €20 pp and are then given 2 cards to exchange your towels only once in your stay. Again the concept is fine but the daily exchange is only available from 10-13.00 and if like us your room check is 12 on the day of departure you are left with no towels if you have an afternoon/evening pick up. We did find a sneaky way round this but again the process needed to be much clearer from the hotel at point of check in. The food was of a good all inclusive quality and always plentiful and hot. One disappointment was the so called al a carte restaurant which we did not try. In our opinion a salad starter followed by 3 main choices and only one desert was not the standard we would expect from this level of hotel. The resort has a good choice of pools all a little cold but refreshing and we enjoyed the quiet pool which doesn’t get full sun all day unlike the busier pool nearby where the activities took place You must walk the 30 minutes from the hotel to the incredible golden Sandy beaches and take a dip in the sea. Simply walk out of the hotel turn right and at the end of this road with the huge building site on ( no work being done looks like they run out of money) Then turn left and within 10 minutes you can be walking on the incredible dunes and if you are lucky grab one of the stone shelters to relax in. Also right opposite the hotel is the sunset bar with nighty music from 17.00-19.00 and then a DJ if that’s your thing. We also walked into town turn left out of the hotel and then right on what is the main night street for shopping and more live music in Music Square. We enjoyed our trip and loved the beach so this hotel is worth a good look at if you coming to Corralejo
