“A Lovely "Homey" Place”
The hotel is in a quiet area of Tbilisi, one minute walk from the river. In the area it's easy to find several stores and pharmacies. “Lovely boutique hotel ”
Very nice boutique hotel near the heart of Tbilisi. The hotel is small but offers all the amenities of a large hotel. It also serves as a good base for trips around Tbilisi. The breakfast served at the yard is fresh and delicious with all Georgian freshest.

“My first visit to Tibilisi ”
Very nice hotel- not luxurious - but clean and nice. Exeptionally friendly staff. I will definately stay there also next time. I was treated like a personal guest - not like customer. Great breakfast.

“Very good”
Very nice hotel. Location 10 min from the city main road. Good breakfast. Nice balcony at first floor for coffee or light meals. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Clean and nice rooms. Good value for money.
