Quite a nice hotel in the city center. The staff are quite helpful and friendly, and the rooms are clean and well maintained, although somewhat small in size. The rooms are also quiet, with acceptable noise levels both from the street and neighboring rooms. Due to the hotel being located in a congested area of the city, you should not expect much of a view from the windows. Another somewhat unusual aspect is that the lobby WC facilities are closed after around 8 pm, once the main restaurant on the ground floor shuts. It is unclear why access to the WC becomes an issue in the lobby which is quite unusual. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for a short stay, offering good value for money.

After staying at this superbly-located and well-designed establishment for four nights, I share my honest reviews; perhaps the five-star standards vary from region to region but when we go to a five-star we expect at least basic amenities such as a gym, spa, sauna or an indoor pool maybe, yet none of them exist there. Room types are very inadequate, almost all of them are standard rooms with no balcony. Bathroom and toilet require renovation and maintenance and shower cabins need to be completed, they are half and entire floor gets wet while taking a shower, the designs must not compromise the basic functions and purposes. Front Office operation was rather below five-star standards; there was no warm welcome or farewell, our beds had been put together yet we hadn't requested this and our incorrectly-made room cards didn't work on last day. A well-operation anticipates or estimages the needs and prevents possible issues before they occur. Last but certainly not least; a huge appreciation to housekeeping and restaurant employees. In conclusion; anyone who goes with this awareness and right expectations can be satisfied with this hotel but if you expect a five-star experience you will probably be disappointed.
