This hotel was booked by a tour company and I was very happy with their choice. The staff provided a warm welcome and, as we arrived in heavy rain, assisted with our luggage which was taken to our rooms. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from Liberation Square, with restaurants, bars, currency exchange and convenience stores on the doorstep. English speaking staff can provide recommendations and directions. The accommodation was warm and cosy on the rainy night and air conditioned when the warm weather returned. The bed was large and comfortable, there was a fridge, tea tray and a place to store a suitcase. However, I didn’t use the safe because it was high up in a dark area and I couldn’t see the instructions or easily reach the key pad. The shower room was modern and had plenty of hot water of a good pressure. Large fixed bottles of Dove toiletries are a welcome addition and avoid plastic waste. The quality and variety of the breakfast were excellent. It doesn’t start until 08.00 so you need to get your belongings together beforehand if you have an early start. I’d stay here again without hesitation

“Home from home”

Friendly staff helpful especially Lasha . Comfy beds lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast excellent selection. Could be more juices as not a coffee drinker. Location excellent for anywhere. Shops restaurants little squares to chill out in

“Well situated, smallish rooms”

This is a well located hotel in the heart of the old city with restaurants and shops nearby, but we found the rooms to be quite small. This is a well located hotel in the heart of the old city with restaurants and shops nearby, but we found the rooms to be quite small. The first room we were given had very limited space for spare clothes and was too small for my wife's walking frame. They were able to move us to a slightly larger room that better suited our needs. Buffet breakfast was adequate, although on one morning the fried eggs were simply placed on a plate and were cold.

Positives: Great location, nice breakfast with plenty of options - also liked that it ran until quite late into the morning, comfortable bed, nice bathroom - especially the shower, fast reliable WiFi, helpful staff, free water and coffee in room, nice selection of toiletries Negatives: Air con was loud when not in use, sounded like what I can only describe as music from an old sci-movie with an oscillating high pitched noise Whilst naturally fundamental and important to have, the light from the fire alarm flashing was like a strobe light going off at night The only thing room service did was change my towels and replace water bottles, left obvious rubbish in my room/bin and didn't touch my bed, I read in another review (after my stay) that there is a sign to put up to have your room properly clean but this wasn't explained to me at check in if it is the case and I didn't see said sign My room was next to the lift, which I could hear being used at night, I'd ask to be away from the lift if you're a light sleeper
