“Good hotel to stay for one or 2 nights, a bit far from historical centre”

Good location Spacious room Rooms need some renovation Reception do not speak Russian If u room faces the street, the road is a bit noisy Breakfast is super: u can always find something to eat depending on your taste, but pls aware - no coffee machine and normal coffee

The reception people are good and cooperative. Food is with limited varieties. Restaurant people are considerably good. Healthy and fresh food was served at the restaurant. The reception people are good and cooperative. Food is with limited varieties. Restaurant people are considerably good. Healthy and fresh food was served at the restaurant. Location wise, the hotel is situated in the heart of the city and very convenient for everything with walking distance. We had 2 stays in two rooms in two different days. The first time room was pretty small. The second time room was much better than the first.

The location is really good, accessible to restaurant, shopping however due to the bar in the property and surroundings, it is a bit noisy even during bed time. The location is really good, accessible to restaurant, shopping however due to the bar in the property and surroundings, it is a bit noisy even during bed time. The service is acceptable except an incident that we left the signage to clean our room on our 3rd day but were not accomplished. By the next day, 4th day, we again kept the same signage and had informed the reception. Gladly, it was serviced as requested with new set of towels and beddings. The hotel room, lobby and common areas are clean and acceptable. The breakfast at the basement is fine, but they do not ask guests should we need anything; for example for omelets - there are only ready fried egg or boiled as an option. As for reception team, some are nice and accommodating while there are some who do not even bother to look nor check the walk in guests.

Started badly, driver turned up late to pick us up at airport, ended up stressed taking a taxi for 80GEL, which would have been 60GEL had the driver turned up, but if you use Bolt, Uber equivalent, it is only 22GEL. Reception guy was not that welcoming and not that bothered about our missed pick up. He did say our room was ready but strongly hinted that it was at front of building and very noisy, did we want back facing garden instead. We opted for back, view was of dilapidated building and car park, although agree was very quiet. The king size bed we specifically asked for was 2 singles pushed together. Chairs and carpet were grubby, badly marked and in some places not vacuumed properly as there were hairs from previous occupants. Noticed on last day that the toilet bin had dried poop on the side as presume toilet roll is not supposed to be flushed, although no signs. Shower was good, good pressure and breakfast was very nice, although hot food second morning was cold. Staff were not as described, not that friendly, polite if asked something, but certainly not the all smiles as advertised. We asked for help a few times and were met with don’t know or simple shrugs. Our room was certainly not delux and not worth the money. Standards are simply not there!
