This hotel is located across the road from the main hotel where you’ll find reception, parking garage and breakfast room. The breakfast was really good with a wife choice of hot and cold foods. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The underground parking garage was great although it did cost extra. The rooms were modern, stylish and very comfortable. The only negative I can give is that the WiFi did not work at all during our stay which was very disappointing.

This is a nice hotel in a good area. It is a newer addition to a hotel across the street where you check in, there is a cafe, etc. The strange thing about this room was that the shower wall to the bedroom is a window with a decorative design. Even with the design, it is easy to see the person in the shower, also on the toilet. If you are not with a partner, even if you are, it is very uncomfortable. Also, if someone uses the bathroom at night, the light comes into the bedroom. Not idea.

First of all parking. Car park was for the hotel was full. There’s limited parking on the street and it’s expensive. As mentioned in previous reviews, check in is in the hotel opposite. Staff were friendly however the trainee didn’t set up our key card properly so it didn’t work, back across the street to get that sorted. The room was spacious and seemed clean. There are no tea and coffee facilities and no mini bar just an empty fridge and one bottle of water. There were two of us in the room! There is a note to say if we require any cold drinks or snack to use the vending machine downstairs - it would help if the vending machine worked. Never knew such slim pillows existed and one of them seemed to be filled with chopped up foam. They looked a bit grey. Interesting glass wall between the shower and the bedroom. Take note if you are sharing with your granny. Cleaners were a delight. Not even a smile as they left their hoover leads across the corridor causing a trip hazard. Lift makes a disturbing noise and things are hanging off the walls in the corridor. Breakfast is cramped to say the least and extremely busy. There doesn’t seem to be enough tables considering the number of guests in all three hotels.
