“Up and Down Experience”
So to start we reserved a three night stay and exited to begin our 14 day Christmas Market adventure in Freiburg. “Disappointing cleanliness despite upfront requests because of allergy. A dirty room.”
In principle a nice hotel, not cheap, on an excellent location in the city of Freiburg. However, we requested upfront extra attention for the cleaning of the room, because my wife has a dust allergy. The room was really dirty... the management did not even apologize.
