“Very nice hotel”
Great breakfast. Clean and nice rooms. Very helpful staff. The lobby is very nice and there is a cosy little bar. I like that they have not only coffee from machines but also filter coffee. Option for improvement: the pillows are all very big and are not comfortable

“Great Experience”
The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. Bartender Christian is a beaut. Great location, super great staff, super welcoming environment. Tram station is super close, so getting around the city from the hotel is not an issue. Continental breakfast was *french kiss* amazing.

“Dated but lovely staff”
Bedrooms and bathrooms need refurbished but the staff are lovely and the breakfast is good! I stayed on the 10th floor and the views were magnificent.
