“Highly recommended for families, very clean, excellent location”

The location is perfect; you cross a small river as you to Europa Park (7 min walking to your left on the street as you leave the property) we took some toast with us and the children fed the ducks in the river. We did not use our car during our stay there, and we recommend the same to you. Room 1: Queen bed + closet Room 2: Queens bed + closet Room 3: Queen bed + bunk bed _+ closet We booked the Apartment 3, which is the biggest and hold up to 9 people (including the baby cot). The size is big plus you get the entire top floor for you only. The bathroom is bright with a large window facing the park. We had our own (top covered balcony) with a big table and 6 chairs. All the windows have screens (for insects) and shutters (which you can roll down from inside) and curtains. The apartment is bright and the sun hits all the rooms. We had no problem with the stairs. Everything is new and clean. They wife is running the place and she is friendly and helpful but she speaks little English. Each property has a designated space and we had 7 seated car and we had no parking problem. There is a large super market (5 minutes’ walk as you turn right on the street). Some pizza/ ice-cream restaurants (4 minutes’ walk, turn left on the street, in your way to the Park), but they are not cheap. I recommend walking to the Colosseo hotel restaurant (also 8 min walk, turn right on the street, after the supermarket) and have dinner there. You will pay little more but you get much better food, bigger portion and beautiful atmosphere plus the children and adults will love it. While there, look for the real Gondola and take some pictures while riding it! You can also take some bread with you from home and feed the ducks over there (next to the Gondola). I highly recommend the property for adults and families but i like to explain some points for others to answer some of their questions and help them to decide. No air-condition but we were there 23-27 Aug, 2012 and we did not need one. The weather was cool and beautiful, little rain and sun. One bathroom and toilet but it didn’t bother us. We were 7, 3 adults, 3 children and 2 year baby. No washing machine. She gives you 2 our Wi-Fi for free then you have to pay 1 Euro for each extra hour. You ask her for how many extra hours of Wi-Fi you need, and then she prints a small slip of paper with designated hours you asked for. Read the instruction in this paper carefully (straight forward) because you must log on (within 24 hours) for the first time otherwise this slip will expire. Once you logged on, you can use the internet then you can logout and use the remaining some other time. You can repeat this as much times as you wish during your stay until you finish all credit. She is available every day so just buy the Wi-Fi after you finish what you have and she is more than happy to provide you with more credit, the same way.

Good location and clean but beware of all the extra charges! We asked to enter the property earlier than 4pm because my father was not feeling well and they charged us 50 Euro (!), for an extra toilet roll they ask for 50 cents, for coffee capsules 5 Euro and so on. Good location and clean but beware of all the extra charges! We asked to enter the property earlier than 4pm because my father was not feeling well and they charged us 50 Euro (!), for an extra toilet roll they ask for 50 cents, for coffee capsules 5 Euro and so on. On the booking sight it said taxes are inclusive but we were charged extra 5Euro local taxes at check out. What I also found strange is that when we were about to leave we were asked to go back and clean the glasses and cups we had used. We did not use the kitchen and found it unusual that guests are asked to clean glasses and cups and in hindsight also wonder about the hygiene not knowing how other guests clean kitchen utensils.
