“Average small hotel, but with a parking garage”
Flora is a nice hotel is a mostly residential neighborhood. While I'm not thrilled with the value here today (149 euro + parking + breakfast), it's better than most in Stuttgart this week. “average place, nice staff”
a very average place, room are very dated, carpets need changing, very basic breakfast. it is however clean, rooms are a decent size and staff are friendly, few eaterys close by and close to train/tram station.
