“Decent hotel in the centre of town”

I stayed here again last week. The hotel is very centrally situated, and near to bars and restaurants. The rooms are adequate, and always clean. The breakfast isnt bad in German standards, with scrambled and boiled eggs, various meats and cheeses, plus the usual cerials and fruits, as always the German bread rolls are a highlight of the breakfast menu. The staff are very pleasant and helpfull, and the train station and attractions are also close by. I would stay here again. There is no bar as such, but there is a dinks cabinet at reception where you can buy some drinks, with a few tables opposite the reception desk where you can relax with your drink.

“Basic with good service ”

Visiting our factory we stayed at the Aschaffenburg Hoff for one night. Good service , good location. The rooms are clean but very basic. Breakfast was nice. Good choice and service. I would stay again for a night , two at most but not for much longer.

“Convenient ”

A very convenient location near the train station, this hotel is ideal for business travellers. No frills, straightforward and a good shower. Pillows could be a bit firmer but other than that, staff are great and breakfast decent.

This is my second staying with this hotel. I like the history which is behind the hotel and the atmosphere there. Looks like time has stopped there. The breakfast is just the same as it was in the last year. The food served at breakfast is good enough: different types of cheese, sausage, eggs, berries... People at the restaurant were very hospitable and friendly, they brought tea or coffee. Regarding the reception staff all gentlemen were very nice and helpful unlike the ladies who sometimes were rather indifferent. Maybe it was just because of the language barrier. The hotel is old-fashioned... What I don't like about this hotel is Internet connection. I stayed in the room 208 and there was no Internet at all!!!! In the corridor or in the lobby Internet worked well, but in my room it didn't work completely! I reported about this problem to a manager at the reception and she suggested me to work in the lobby... I had to sit at the table in the corridor at the first floor or at the lobby close to the reception. But it was not very comfortable to work there. Sometimes it was noisy because people came and went... Situation with Internet must be dealt... People come to the hotel mainly on business and internet connection must be more or less normal. I hope that the hotel managers will read my feedback and do their best to fix Internet connection.

“Vintage hotel in the center of Aschaffenburg”

You can stay there for business, there's no special facilities inside but it's downtown so you can go out for dinner. The size of rooms are very different so if you're not lucky, you could sleep in a corridor. Breakfast is OK. Bar is open all the night but no beer on tap, only bottles.
