Clean premises, fantastic location right by the town centre and facing the picturesque gardens, very spacious room, basic but tasty breakfast. Wi-fi was malfunctioning everywhere. There are various open-air events going on right by the hotel, so it can become very noisy up until 22:30 or later - bring some earplugs if you're an early sleeper. Breakfast staff was quite stressed at certain points, tables were unset and small part of the selection had briefly run out. Perhaps some extra workers wouldn't hurt. Lovely woman at the reception, very friendly, polite and pretty much fluent in English - especially considering that English-speakers are anything but abundant in Bad Kissingen. I think I even heard her speak Russian with some guests. Contrary to that, a younger guy that was behind the desk during my check-out, was rather dull. Overall a positive experience, although a tad overpriced, in my opinion - however, local accommodation is not cheap, to be frank.

This large hotel just in the heart of old spa town was just enough and splendid for our purpose. Not too luxory not too low level (4 stars?). Our double room was actually quite large and it had large windows towards a small river and park. Just opposite there lies old historic building some kind of house of culture. Car parking was full but just 100 meters above there was a public area where you should pay for parking in automat. Large windows was not possible to open so it might be hot during summer season? At the time , Oct, temperature was just suitable.

We had a nice stay at this hotel but for a four star hotel i would have expected their to be air conditioning in the room as when its above 30 in the summer the room is like a sauna, we ask if they had any fans available but the two they had where already given to somebody else, so we had to keep the balcony window open in the room all night which was not ideal. They offered free wifi but couldn't connect.Breakfast was very good and friendly staff. Knowing that the room has no air conditioning i would be against stopping here in the summer.
