“Good hotel, would use again when visitng Bamberg”
This is in a odd positon on top of a public multi-storey car park. It is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre but otherwise in a good location very close to the river. “Best in Bamberg”
Clean room, great location, wonderful staff, awesome breakfast. This was my eighth trip to Germany and 5th to Bamberg and the breakfast was like a 5 star hotel in the US and the staff equally impressive.

“An excellent base for exploring Bamberg..,”
Lovely staff, comfortable room (although smallish bathroom), good food (especially the bread rolls with the breakfast), good location handy for town centre and railway station (not to mention the breweries!). Air conditioning in rooms not great though

“Definitely NOT a Best Western Plus”
Pro's - location although finding the front door may challenge some; room size was good Con's - thin towels, no conditioner or lotion. Saw white silverfish in bathroom, but that could happen anywhere. The 1970's wall hair dryer had such low power that blowing on your head would dry your hair quick… more
