The Eurostars Book Hotel, Munich proved to be an excellent base for exploring the city. Its location is a real strength — less than a 10-minute walk from München Hauptbahnhof, making arrivals and departures effortless, and only around 20 minutes on foot to Marienplatz and the historic centre. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well laid out, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall, a well-located, comfortable hotel that offers convenience and comfort in equal measure — ideal for both short city breaks and longer stays in Munich.

Just back from 4 nights at this hotel, enjoyed every minute. The staff are amazing, friendly , accommodating and really want to make your stay enjoyable. The location is good, we arrived at night so didn’t really appreciate where we were. In daylight you can explore there are plenty of restaurants close by , we found an excellent Italian, and 2 very good German restaurants and a great coffee shop. There are takeaways, supermarkets very close by. Our room on the 7th floor was clean, well appointed and had a king size bed. The shower was fabulous, the sink area a little compact but there is plenty of shelving to put things , plenty of wardrobe space too. There is a mini bar , hairdryer and TV . Housekeeping is very good with towels changed daily. The bed was comfy , but the pillows hard. Would also appreciate another bed covering for when it is cold. I am sure this would have been available if we had asked. We used the lobby bar every say , the bar tender was great, had a wicked sense of humour. Prices in the hotel were reasonable. We did eat one evening, not a huge choice but something for everyone, the Kasespaetzle was tasty. We didn’t have breakfast included but did eat there a couple of times. It’s €20 euro per person and you sign daily. There is a good choice, hot and cold. Price is on par with other hotels we have stayed in recently. I would stay in this hotel again. It is good value and in a good location. (10 mins to Marienplatz, 5 mins to the Central Station )

Nice modern Hotel 5 min walk from the Munich Main Station. The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the breakfast employees. Specially a young men who welcomed the guest in the breakfast room was engaged. There was no complimentary water in the room as mentioned in the comments. After a call they send it to us right away. I had the feeling that the guy from the bar who brought it was not pleased. The bottle which has a brand from the hotel was not closed, so probably tap water. After a football game coming back late at night we had no chance to go to the stores to get water. Rooms were in white. Seemed clean, but behind the curtains you could see that it wasn't cleaned up as it should be. The bathroom was nice, seemed renovated, but you could see that mould was about to start here and there. No toilet brush. That is a no go. The breakfast was ok. The little roll of bread was hard, so i've decided to cut a piece of the baguette, but there was no towel to hold it. The guy in front of me touched it with his hands, so i had to take the hard roll. The butter was so soft almost liquid. They should put it on ice, So, the most thing what bothered me was: They offer a corner with a water dispenser at the reception. It was always empty or the dispenser was not there and instead of little glas,which would be better for the environment, they use paper cups. See picture

We stayed at the Eurostars Book Hotel in Munich with our family and found it to be a nice, clean, and well-serviced hotel. It provided a comfortable and convenient base for our travels. 🚆 Location: Excellent for Day Trips The hotel's location is strategically excellent for traveling: it is very close to the München Hauptbahnhof (main train station), which made taking day trips extremely convenient. However, its position relative to tourist sites requires consideration: Distance: It is about a 20-minute walk to Marienplatz, the main tourist center, which felt a bit lengthy given how often we went there. Neighborhood: The area around the hotel is more of a working-class neighborhood. While generally fine, the atmosphere felt a little less vibrant compared to the city center. 🛀 Hotel Highlights & Amenities Powerful Showers: A major win! The showers were very hot and powerful, a huge hit with all the kids. Comfort and Cleanliness: The hotel is clearly well-maintained, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Service was reliable. Food & Drink: The lobby is welcoming, and the breakfast was quite good (though we couldn't indulge in the buffet daily due to the cost for a family of six). We appreciated having a well-stocked mini-fridge, and the kids enjoyed some room service. Bar: There is a bar onsite, though it appeared sparsely serviced during the times we were there. Verdict: The Eurostars Book Hotel is a comfortable, reliable choice, perfect for travelers prioritizing easy access to the main train station and requiring excellent room amenities like those powerful showers. Just be prepared for the 20-minute walk and the quieter atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood compared to the bustle of Marienplatz.
