“Loved the amenity kit”

Very luxurious hotel. My suite was huge and perfectly decorated. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. What impressed me the most is probably the amenity kit, perfectly presented in a box. The hairdryer is a Dyson: what else do you need to make for a perfect stay?

As a frequent traveler and a person who has stayed all over the world in all types of hotels, I can say that the Rosewood in Munich is by far the best hotel I have stayed at. Customer service and attention to detail are really where Rosewood stands out above the rest. Let me give you an example. At check-in, I was reading a book, I wear glasses, and they are eternally smudged. After having left to tour the city, a team member came to our room, he or she not only did my turndown service but left me a new leather book marker for the new book I had purchased at the airport, which I had already started to dog ear the pages, and a cleaning cloth for my glasses. This may not seem like much, but for me, it showed an attention to not only me at check in, but my needs without even having to ask. The leather cord keeper that was now around my charging cable was also a nice touch. I should mention that the food at the restaurant was amazing and tailored to my likes each morning, and there is a lovely continental buffet for those who want to be quick. I do recommend a lovely leisurely breakfast though if you have the time. The service was professional, warm, and welcoming each day. The spa and pool area are lovely and relaxing with a wet and dry sauna for you to enjoy. My room is a Jr Suite and is styled for comfort and luxury, and it feels enormous considering most rooms in Europe tend to be on the smaller side. This one is lovely. My only bad thing is... I have to leave.

We have been to many 5 star hotels throughout the world. The Rosewood truly exemplifies the meaning of 5 star. Everything from the ambience, attention to detail, the service, to the attitude of the employees. We stayed for four days and by day 2 we were so blown away with everything about this hotel that we tracked down the manager to let her know how impressed we were, and I almost never do that. The maid saw that my wife had a book at her night stand so when she came to do the turn down service the first night, she left her a book mark and a cleaning kit for her glasses. Our USB cords were even neatly tied up with a retainer band. Sounds small but really, who does that. That’s attention to detail on a whole different level. The friendliness and efficiency of each and every staff member we interacted with was 5 star and beyond. We asked for 3 bottles of water for our room for the evening and we came back to 7. Food service was impeccable. We will most definitely stay at a Rosewood property when traveling if one is available.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rosewood Munich. The hotel truly lives up to its five-star standard — and even exceeds expectations. The service is impeccable: the staff is always available, incredibly polite, attentive, and highly professional. Every request is handled promptly and with genuine care. The rooms are beautifully designed and exceptionally well thought out, with outstanding quality in every detail. Housekeeping is flawless — everything is maintained in perfect condition at all times. I would especially like to highlight the breakfasts: the quality of the food is outstanding, everything is delicious, and service is very efficient. I had read in some previous reviews that there might be long waiting times, but in my experience, even when the restaurant was fully occupied, everything was served quickly and seamlessly. The spa area is truly exceptional: a beautiful pool with perfectly warm water, always spotless, and a very relaxing atmosphere. It is also very convenient that the pool is open from early morning until late evening. I am more than satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning. In many ways, my impression of Munich was shaped by this wonderful hotel.
