“This is a great stay!”
This is in a very quiet section of the city - not much auto traffic. An easy walk to a subway or bus depot, but not close to the center of the city. The staff was friendly and very polite. The rooms are clean, very nice showers, lots of hot water. A great stay!

“Vienna was nice with a good breakfast buffet”
This Vienna House wasn't as updated as the one in Berlin, however it was nice with a good breakfast buffet. They had free laundry facility, we couldn't get the machines to work. This was a movie theme hotel.

“No ice for us!”
The room was a good size. Bathroom was tiny. Asked for ice at front desk and bar but was told they had none. Lady at bar was very rude. She pointed to the liquor and insinuated if we buy a drink we get ice. After spending a lot on the rooms the least we could have gotten was ice. Instead we had to … more

Check in was easy and early.nRoom was adequate, bathroom was spectacular. Staff were very helpful and polite. However, the downside.
