Approx 15 min walk from main station or city center. Not a nice walk, but also the streetcar can be used. Good noise-reducing windows. For two people the room size is sufficient, equipped with flat screen, desk and some seats. Space for things and clothing for two guests and several days to small. Bed and shower good, comparable good price. Only one lift that is overloaded, not only to breaky peak times, but a light and spacious stairway is present. AC is available, but centrally controlled, thus too noisy for sleeping. Breaky room is to small for peak time, order of things contributes to jamming (first bread, than plates, tablets...). However, the offered fruit salad had no flavour at all.

We enjoyed the comfort and quietness of this hotel. It is an economical hotel close to Ulm's train station as well. The location is ok and it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and Ulm Munster. There isn't much nearby but most spots to see in Ulm are about 10 to 20 minutes away and there are plenty of good restaurants throughout Ulm that aren't too far away from the hotel. This is a true economy hotel and it has standard offerings similar to other B&B hotels. They have a small table, a couple of stools, a small TV and some space to hang up clothes and put your things. The bed is comfy, the wifi is good, the room was clean, and the room was very quiet at night. The temperature was easy to control for our room with the AC unit that blew plenty of heat in December and quickly warmed up the room. We also learned during this stay that you could borrow a kettle at the front desk but you need to pay for the tea bags. The bathroom was good and the shower offers good pressure and the temperature is easy to control. You may want to consider bringing your own products because they have an all in one body cleanser here. One thing we thought could improve the hotel is a better means to access the hotel if you arrive early because they don't always leave the door open/unlocked as we found out when we arrived to drop off our bags around 11 am. Not all staff here speak English either but they were good when we checked in. They do have a self check in kiosk outside the lobby but it didn't seem to be working when we visited and we would be slightly concerned if we came very late to check in because it seems their front desk is not always manned. They use a code to access the hotel after hours but you need to check in first and that same code is used to unlock your room's door. The hotel has street parking nearby as well as a parking garage underneath. The hotel offers a discounted breakfast if you use their application and there may be a membership to get a free breakfast during your stay. They have drinks, snacks and pizza available at the front desk too.

Having stayed in a B&B hotel in France and been a little bit underwhelmed to say the least, we were a little apprehensive. We needn't have been - this is Germany after all! Hotel is efficient, clean, well-maintained and not too far from the city centre or the railway station. Check-in was smooth, rooms were perfectly adequate in size and had great views for trainspotters! Bed was clean, comfortable and everything you could wish for, even for a couple of nights. Beer available from the vending machine in reception at a reasonable cost although there is not much room to socialise in reception area. To call it a 'bar' would be too much of a stretch. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of variety of cheese, meats and pastries and represented pretty good value for money, especially with there being not much in the local area to go out and grab. Definitely well worth a look for a short stay in Elm.

Stayed here for one night for a stop over before getting home in Holland. Room itself wasn't too big but for one night its fine. Bathroom was of a nice size. Located just outside the city center of Ulm, which is only like 5 min walk away. There are some bigger road and the railroad beside the hotel, but I didn't have any noise issues. The airco in the room did its job very well. Breakfast was good enough for me. The parkinggarage/floor for hotelguest wasn't avaliable due to new construction of surface of the garagefloor. So I needed to park my car nearby in one of the parkginggarages in city center.
