“Great staff, great location”
Spotlessly clean hotel, great staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is perfectly placed for the station and the Alt Stadt.. All the major sites were easily accessible . The breakfasts were outstanding. Would certainly visit again. Highly recommended

“Good location, nice breakfast, beautiful but rather dated furniture”
Our Standard double (twin actually) was a huge room with a nice balcony facing the street. The furniture in the room and wardrobe seems to resemble the one from previous century in a good way but needs some repairs. No electricity sockets but the beds, but there are some in the room. “Lovely stay near the castle.”
Great value for money. Staff were very friendly and rooms were a decent size and very clean. Had a great sleep here. This hotel is at the ‘castle’ end of the old town, which we found to be a lovely location. Not far to walk to the train station / restaurants.. but more picturesque / quiet than … more

“Location location location for visiting the Old Town. And very comfortable beds and big breakfasteat”
The hotel has a great location, close to one of the gates right below the Residenz, and then it is only a walk down the hill to the center of town. Very comfortable beds and big breakfast, and parking available at 12 euros/night. Very nice staff!
