“Great staff”
Had to book with one day notice, great and nice staff, and very helpful. Room was good and comfy, next to airport, but quite. Restaurant had great food and drinks and staff friendly. Did not even want me to tip them to much. When I come back to Berlin, I will visit again. Thank you

“Good hotel but overpriced, confusing shuttle”
I booked this hotel just a couple of hours before I arrived without an issue. With 212€ per night I found it pricy but given the late booking it wasn’t a surprise. “Clean, good food, nice little bar”
We enjoyed the hotel even though we were only there for one night. The breakfast was awesome too! It seemed a little strange when we pulled up in the dark because there is a barrier to the parking lot, but it's very convenient to the airport.

“Convenient and quiet”
This was our last stop in a long trip and it worked out great. We dropped off our rental car at Tegel and then took the shuttle to the hotel, which requires making a phone call. “Location - Quiet - Fine Restaurant”
Our last night in Germany was spent at the hotel, and we could not have been more pleased. They have a free shuttle from the airport, less than five minutes, which runs consistently. Our room was extremely quiet. We had a fine dinner in their restaurant. Strongly recommend this facility.
