“Berlin Christmas Markets Experience”
Good location, reasonable cost, pleasant staff. Handy for the U Bahn. Easy to get to from the airport. Within walking distance of Ka De We department store etc.

Great location for designer label shopping as all of the major fashion houses from Gucci to Dior have retail shops on the same road as the hotel to the left and the right. Shopaholics paradide. “Understaffed - Poor Bar Service”
Only one person at reception, which is also the bar. All I wanted was a beer. The receptionist was apparently the bar tender but they insisted on checking in everyone before serving me at the bar (which shares the same space as the reception desk). “A bit worn and torn.”
A bit worn and torn. Room too cold and the a/c did not work properly. So we couldnt adjust. Elevators a bit erractic and old. Breakfast too expensive in our view so we did not opt for that. Plenty of cafes around. Location ok. Close to KaDeWe and the ”Gedächtnis kirche”
