Stayed 2 nights here in March when in Berlin for a weekend. The place is a 3 star hotel and that's what you're getting. The rooms are fine, the beds are fine, the bathroom is fine. “Good location.”
Good location of the hotel. S-bahn and U-bahn stations (Alt-Tempelhof)are nearby (about 5-7 minutes by feet). Supermarket "Rewe" is near to the hotel (3-5 minutes). Big and comfortable beds in the room. Good variant for accommodation in Berlin for 2-3 nights.
