“Top Customer Service”
We were due to stay end of May, but with the Coronavirus situation, our flights have just been cancelled. “Helpful staff and good transport links ”
Comfortable rooms and good WiFi connection. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were so friendly and helpful - on hand to give advice, book taxis and keep our baggage safe so we could explore Berlin before our late flight. Thank you!

“Easy access to train station ”

“Good value for money, easy location to get to.”
A good experience on the whole and a pleasant stay at the hotel. We were happy with the big size of the room and the breakfast was definitely up to standards.
