“Very nice stay with Hyatt.”
Great spot for transiting thru Frankfurt Airport. The staff, especially Nook, was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good and the service was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Slight walk to train station which is a direct shot to the airport. Would definitely stay here… more

very good comfortable clean room, nice staff, good food in the restaurant. stayed with kids, they had prepared the extra bed as well.

“Nice Airport Hotel”
Great place. Only concern is with the hotel smoking area right below the fitness center. With the windows open and no AC for the season, the work out room filled with cigarette and vaping smoke when groups met outside at the front entrance.

“Stay”
Staff at the check in was helpful, together with Mr. Lang in the dinning area who was smiling all the time and very polite. However other staff and room were missing key factors you expect from premium room and hotel. We have visited Hyatt in Zurich airport and it seems like two different companies… more
