“Delayed but lucky to end up here.”
We were delayed by Lufthansa and ended up at the Melia for the night. Unlike some other reviews, we didn’t feel slighted in the least being on Airport vouchers. “Nice experience”
The Hotel is nice and really clean, room are spacious and modern. Bathroom is awesome too. Well positioned, not far form the central train station. Staff is gentle and helpful, big thanks to Manuela.

“First impressions count”
Check in was 2 stressed receptionists at the desk and a queue of 15-20. People at the back of the queue complaining loudly and getting early attention. Took 15 minutes to check in then faced with a long queue of non guests heading to the top floor bar. No priority for paying guests. Not the best at… more
