We stayed in one of the rooms on the level which was really nice. Very comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. The bathroom was lovely with a heated floor which was a bonus. Toiletries were from Rituals very good quality. We had a balcony which was nice but the weather unfortunately wasn’t the best so we were not on it that much. Breakfasts were of good quality and plenty of selection. Staff helpful and pleasant. We especially enjoyed our time in The Level Lounge which had great views. We stayed at Melia Frankfurt City during Eurobike 2025 and found it to be a solid, convenient choice for the event. Perfect Location: The hotel's location is excellent - just a 15-minute walk to the Messe hall and only 10 minutes to the city center. You couldn't ask for better positioning when attending a trade show while still wanting easy access to Frankfurt's restaurants and attractions. Good Meeting Spaces: The lobby has plenty of room to sit and conduct meetings, which was incredibly useful during the busy trade show days. The bar is nice too, perfect for informal catch-ups or unwinding after a long day on the exhibition floor. Nicely Appointed Rooms: The rooms were clean, airy, and nicely but simply decorated - exactly what you need for a business trip. Comfortable without being fussy, and the simplicity actually worked well. Everything was spotless and the airy feel made them pleasant to return to. Questionable Coffee: The only letdown was the slightly questionable coffee. For a business hotel where guests rely on their morning caffeine fix, this could be improved! Bottom Line: A convenient, comfortable hotel that's ideal for Eurobike or any Messe Frankfurt event. Great location, nice communal spaces, and clean rooms make it a reliable choice, even if the coffee needs work. Perfect for: Trade show attendees, business travelers, anyone needing easy access to both Messe Frankfurt and the city center.

I stay here quite frequently and it’s a great modern hotel. But last night I had an experience that was new to me after nearly two decades of business travel: the TV, which is big, right in front of the bed and cannot be unplugged, turned on automatically to a white screen roughly every hour during the night. Each time the bright light woke me and I had to find the button on the remote to turn it off. I got a really bad night’s sleep ahead of some important meetings. The hotel needs to thoroughly study the settings on these TVs to avoid this happening again.
