“Leisure”
Modern, clean, and very well-maintained property. The bathroom was spotless with great toiletries, and housekeeping did a fantastic job daily. Our room was quite, clean and spacious. Near to train station and city center. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, and nothing was ever a problem. The service was kind, professional, and very helpful. Special thanks to Carina and Omer, who did everything to make our stay pleasant and unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

“Great”
The location is great! close to the trains, shops and food. The entire place is clean and inviting. Our room was great. Zouhir (daytime front desk) is wonderful! Always cheerful, so helpful and friendly. Even if the rest of the hotel wasn't great, he would be reason enough to book again!

I had another place booked but on arrival didn’t like the area. I booked the Mercure last minute basically at the front door The reception man was so very friendly on my arrival and sorted my last second room out. I was a little flustered and he was very kind. Room was neat and tidy hotel was great… more
