“Fantastic Stay”
My family and I stayed here in early July. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel went above and beyond and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel and rooms were spacious and clean. “Wonderful Hotel. Shame the UK Hilton hotels are not up to this standard”
This is a great hotel. There is a queue for check in but if you are a gold HHonors member or have an executive room you can go to the dedicated queue. I had a layover and needed a place to crash for 12 hours!. It is located between terminal 1 and 2. It is a high end hotel with great lobby /bar / restaurant. “Don't fall for executive lounge access”
When checking in, they highly suggested upgrading to access the executive lounge. There was NOTHING there to nibble but an apple and a few nuts.
