“Lovely hotel, really nice staff!”
This hotel is fantastic and the customer service is LOVELY. “The best staff anywhere”
I cannot fault this hotel at all. The staff are absolutely amazing! We cannot speak German, but the reception staff spoke great English. “Seems to have improved compared to some past reviews”
Location very close to ICE train station. Breakfast was fine. Staff friendly. A few things like the lifts show the age of the hotel, but my room was refurbished and good. Only odd thing was that the shower cabinet door was mounted so that on slim people can easily get in and out.
