We really enjoyed FischerS hotel and unfortunately only had one night and two partial days there during Documenta. It was recommended by friends who loved it. “Getaway ”
We booked the Nordic suite as we wanted to relax just the two of us in the hot tub (whirlpool) and man was that a good idea! Cozy room, all the amenities that you may need, friendly staff, great breakfast. As a note, the hotel 's name has changed in FischerS, just like the restaurant

“Excellent hotel with brilliant servce”
Been here now for lunch for the fourth time - best restaurant by far in Germany. The selection on the menu, the friendly staff, the ambience. Just perfect for a meal for a worn out hotelier. I can strongly recommend having a meal in this restaurant.
