I had an earlyish flight out of Frankfurt, so I reserved a room at this hotel, which had reasonable rates. It turned out to be a very good decision. The hotel has free shuttle service, 2 runs per hour, from the airport to the hotel and back. It runs from early in the morning until late at night. Increasing numbers of Frankfurt airport hotels have given up their shuttle, so you have to take a cab (or, if you're lucky, the S-Bahn) or charge for it--this was a laudable exception. The service was prompt and took you smoothly from the airport to the hotel, a relatively short distance away, about a 5-minute drive. The room was spacious, with a very large and very comfortable bed. It was nicely furnished in a clean, modernist style. Furnishing included a refrigerator and a pod coffee-maker, which made espresso and regular coffee--several cuts above typical in-room coffee. A particular highlight of the room was that it was well and brightly lit. Bathroom fixtures were new and worked very well; the shower, with two different showerheads, was downright luxurious. The TV was good (mostly German-language channels) and the free, in-room Wifi enabled me to download my boarding pass to my phone smoothly and quickly. The hotel is located on a street otherwise occupied with warehouses and parking lots. So if you want something to eat, you need to do so at the hotel's facility. The bar/lounge/restaurant was done in a charmingly retro 1960s style. The food menu was limited and the prices typical for an airport, but the food was not at all bad. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels with much worse food. Staff was polite and helpful. They do speak English if you can't get by in German. Basically, this place has everything one might want at an airport hotel. All I can say is NH Hotels, please keep it up!

“Good ration of price and comfort”

A very good hotel, for a good price, 10 minutes away form the airport, they can arrange a taxi or a hotel shuttle. The treatment is excellent and the rooms are clean and great for a nice sleep before a flight.

Everything was in order at this property, with two exceptions. First, a small exception: the staff at the reception desk did not seem to love their job. That would not be very important, except that staff at reception desks in the "Collections" properties fall over themselves to make guests feel welcome. Bigger exception: that shuttle. Why would an airport hotel offer a shuttle to only one terminal? Our terminal, of course, was the other one.

This is an older hotel, with mid level services right beside the Frankfurt Airport. It was expensive in comparison to the other hotels I was staying in an hour away for business trip. Room was small with a king size bed that was very comfortable. The room was modern for décor, and wifi was very good. The bathroom was very small and felt cramped, as the small shower was not enjoyable for designed purpose due to this small size. I would probably stay elsewhere next time. But was next to airport for flights the next day, so location was good.
