“Excellent Hotel”

I stayed one night here during a drive from Hamburg. It´s very convenient to the highway. The rooms are very nice and clean. It´s also very quiet and has an excellent breakfast with a wide range of choices. Highly reccomended !

Very friendly staff, rooms are small but clean, with good breakfast. Close to motorway, highly recommended for short stay. Great value for a price. Rooms located in opposite to the road can be bit noisy at night.

I stay in this hotel regularly for work, it is not the sort of hotel I would stay in in my spare time as there is not alot in the immediate vicinity, however my clients office is right opposite so its really handy for me for work purposes. The hotel is situated over a ground and first floor there are stairs and a lift, there is a car park to the front and also parking on the road, so its not usually a problem for parking. The rooms are functional and are comfortable, they are always clean and smell nice and the bathroom is well equipped and modern with a decent shower and a hairdryer. Soap and shampoo is provided but no other toiletries. The rooms on the ground floor come with a fridge, the ones on the first floor do not although a glass and bottle opener is available and you can buy drinks from a fridge on the first floor. The hotel reception staff are really nice and always friendly and helpful I cannot fault them in any way. There is always someone on at reception day and night to help you out. There is wireless internet provided to all of the rooms aswell free of charge you just ask reception for the password for it. Breakfast is provided every morning and it is really nice and done in buffet style so you just help yourself to as little or as much as you like. There is always scrambled eggs and bacon, boiled eggs, a selection of meats and cheeses, jams, breads and rolls (lots of different kinds), fruit bowl, fruit salad, yoghurt, juices and coffee. I always enjoy the breakfasts and the coffee they serve is good too. Unfortunately the restaurant does not operate for evening meals, the area that is used for breakfast in the mornings is just a bar in the evenings which is a pain if like me and quite a number of others who stay there we are there working all week so we have a few options. 1) Go to the Edeka supermarket which is a few minutes walk away and buy food items from there 2) In Edeka supermarket there is often a van there selling cooked chickens 3) There is a sports and social club 5-10 minutes walk that serve meal 4) The hotel have menus from a number of restaurants from the neighbouring town Lehtre who will deliver, the reception staff will provide you with plates, cutlery and napkins to eat with which you can sit either in your room or the bar area to eat. 4) travel into the neighbouring town of Lehtre In summary nice, clean hotel with friendly staff, prices are very reasonable so al round good value for money.
