“Near Heidepark and Soltau fasion outlet.”

Nice place. Close to Heide Park and other places. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they make an excellent breakfast. Comfortable parking. Late in the evening there was no hot water.

Five of us all ex servicemen from the 70's came back to Soltau after 40 years for a visit. Five of us all ex servicemen from the 70's came back to Soltau after 40 years for a visit. The Heide Paradies was perfect for our needs, 3 shared a room and two of us had our own, all were clean large and well maintained, the breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful, if you want full facilities such as bar, room service and evening restaurant this isn't for you but if you want a comfortable room and a decent breakfast for a competetive price - it's great !!!

“Good lodging near to 'Heidepark'”

Because of the well-frequented pizzeria in the first floor it is hard to get a parking space close to the hotel. Friendliness of stuff is average.

“OK hotel, good breakfast, avoid mansard rooms!”

This is a decent enough hotel in the small town of Soltau, within walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants. The hotel is clean and well kept, and the breakfast is excellent. We had a bit of problem with our mansard room on the second floor - when we asked to get a room on the first floor with proper windows, the receptionist was unable to fix this, even though there were rooms available there. Such a room change request should normally be readily accomplished if possible - he even phoned the owner but no success. Also it was a bit unusual that we were asked to pay in advance, on arrival. Otherwise, a perfectly reasonable small family hotel up the usual German standards.

“Ok for sleepover”

I spend here 2 nights with my family. Room was basic, clean, own bathroom. Ok. We got room with one double bed and additional bed, which was literaly fold-out couch. I spend here 2 nights with my family. Room was basic, clean, own bathroom. Ok. We got room with one double bed and additional bed, which was literaly fold-out couch. I ended up on the coutch as I´m heavy sleeper and I usualy fell asleep everywhere. But not here! So uncomfy, I just stared at the ceiling all night. Breakfast included in our stay. Breakfast was beautiful! There was everything. Muesli, yoghurt, toasts, sausages, eggs, coffe, tea,..- just everything you can think of. The other night I was exhausted from Heide Park and slept well. Again great breakfast. There´s nice surrounding. Park, lot of restaurants, shops... It´s really nice town. I enjoyed stay in this town so much! I might stay in this hotel again..
