No idea why it’s got an average 3.9? It’s a 4.5 at the very least. Location excellent for us immediately next to train station. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. We travelled with our dog. The room was clean and fresh. The hotel is very close to a lovely park next to the majestic river Rhine. The bonus was the breakfast at great value hot and cold dishes. Overall an excellent experience for my wife and I.

“Very conviniently located good hotel to consider”

I stayed in this hotel 2 times in a row during business meetings. Location wise, one can reach from Main station of Manheim very easlily. Well conncted to local transport acorss the city. I stayed in this hotel 2 times in a row during business meetings. Location wise, one can reach from Main station of Manheim very easlily. Well conncted to local transport acorss the city. Room was well maintained and cleanliness was well taken care of. Service from the front desk was quite good and they were helpful. Though located near central station, noise level is low giving you a good chance to sleep well. Good breakfast option (for me it was included in the pricing). Pricing is bit on higher side and one time they did not include breakfast in the price. I think there could be optimization possible in pricing. Overall, good experience.

The location is rather good, between the train station (but some rooms are facing the tracks and a large 4 lanes road, and the river side hood, quiet and green. Knowing that I specifically asked for a room away from the tracks, where they set me last time, despite asking for a quiet room. It is a rather new venue, albeit the service is friendly here, do not expect to much from the receptionnist; on the day I was there I came across a couple of issues in service, I wouldnt have expected in any hotel. Receptionist was specific I havent the breakfast, but discovered on my invoice that the rate was including breakfast, to late, I had a coffee at my expense in the train station by the time I paid for the room... I couldnt increase the room temperature, and informed the receptionist before going out for Diner at 19h30, when I came back at 23h00, the room was still cold as a fridge, and it was to late to ask for a room change. They do have a small gym in the -1 floor, and if you are into running, you are just 300m from the Main river banks, great runs along the water. Street parking was still free of charge at thrle time of my stay, and there is a huge car park next door, but surprisingly the hotel hasn't a contract with them All in all, not a bad hotel, staff is friendly; but receptionist service is at minimal, this hotel is more an Holiday Inn Express, than a real HI. Pros: Location, price if including breakfast, new, modernish, clean Cons; some very noisy rooms, do not expect any support from reception All in all, the Garden Inn is a better hotel than this one; at the same price, and they have a great meat restaurant

It is not the first time me and my colleagues use this hotel. It is okkeysh for business, for a few nights. Breakfast is good enough and employees are nice. Room cleaning need improvement. Often they have not empty the bin, and the shower was cleaned only the first day. Bar service is ok. Hamburger I would not advice. Last time I took it was decent. This time very bad. There is a park close by.
