Great location and hotel, beside the Q6Q7 shopping mall but one street over from the main shopping area. Staff lovely with cafe on the ground floor. (Closed Sunday) breakfast is a bit steep €24 if booked the night before and dearer on the day. When booking in advance fhe better value is book breakfast included. Good choice and some menu options. Check out is at 12 and roof top restaurant is nice too. Will come back. My only main thing i found odd was the shower in the room. While it is grand with partner it was a little weird if you have young family as its not private.

I stayed at this particular Radisson for one night as I was only trans passing and have to admit that this was the best experience I ever had in a Radisson hotel for a long time. I was greeted by Simon who was super friendly and extremely professional. Check in was smooth and quick. Room was nice, very modern and standard of cleanliness pretty good. I had a fantastic sleep due to the comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was the BEST I have ever had in a Radisson hotel. The two guys serving were really friendly and accommodating and the food choices were endless. Superb stay in every way

Although this Radisson is centrally located, and easy to find….., I did not have a very good booking in process. Although a VIP member, I felt there was an air of negativity. The person (Manager) that checked me in was fine, but his colleague (young male) was probably the most miserable looking front desk staff I have ever seen in the Radisson hotel group. After a discussion about the room type, the Manager (demitrious ) gave me a room. The first room I was given smelled highly of effluence from the sink and shower area. So I was immediately given another room. Thank you. I stay at Radisson hotels 3 months of the year and have stayed at many in Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria. All Radisson have differing ideas about upgrades. So it’s hit and miss if you get a higher rating room depending on the front desk staff. Don’t expect too much from his particular Radisson hotel. Breakfast was great….one of the best I have had a Radisson. The bar area, was also nice, but very small. I had to move from my table so that a group could have my place. There were many people trying to get to the bar for a drink….but it is too small. Car parking is part of the industrialised shopping centre and Radisson share this space. There are no reductions for hotel guests. Most Radisson hotels give free parking to VIP guests, or at least a reduction in price. Not this one. I had a good nights sleep, and I got value for money…. Apart from the parking which was 25% of the cost of a room for one night. The room was £80 and parking was £20, it was value for money. But the front desk young lad needs to be more positive, smile and look interested. However, Upon booking out, there were two bubbly, smiling and friendly females on the front desk….that was nice. Would I come back again? Yes.
