“Stranded in Frankfurt”
When my flight was delayed, I was stuck in Frankfurt for a night en route from Warsaw to USA. The airline put me in this hotel. “Great staff, help return item left in room”
Great hotel with wonderful staff. We had two rooms and we were very please with our stay. They went above and beyond when we later discovered that our daughter had left a sweater in her room. Shayda at the front desk helped me with getting it shipped to us back in the US. Great staff!!

“Airport nights”
I enjoyed my night at the Holiday Inn Express. Staff were helpful. Originally my room key wouldn’t work in the elevator but that was fixed right away. Lat night arrival. No more food or drinks around, just a can dispenser which takes cash only...Room was clean but somehow had a very high humidity level, the sheets felt almost wet. Very strange.
