I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with a direct connection from the airport and convenient access to the main points of interest in the city. There was a maintenance issue in my room, but the staff handled it immediately and offered me another room on the same floor, which I really appreciated. I would especially like to mention Yulisa, who was extremely kind, friendly, and sociable, and Irina, the manager, whose professionalism I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the bar service. The bartender was extremely slow despite the bar being almost empty at the time. After finally serving me, I approached the cashier to pay, but he completely ignored me even though he had clearly seen me, continuing to chat and laugh with a woman at the counter. I found this quite unprofessional and unpleasant. The following morning, during checkout, I shared my feedback with Nhi at the reception. She was very kind and genuinely sorry about what had happened. She immediately offered me a complimentary drink at the bar and took note of my feedback, which I appreciated. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some very friendly and professional staff. With some improvement in the bar service, the experience could have been excellent.

Stayed twice in this hotel within 2 weeks when passing through Munich. The location is good and near to central station, within walkable distance. The rooms are as expected with the Ibis hotels generally, clean and well maintained. Price wise, it is not bad compared with the many hotels nearby in Munich. During my second stay, it so happened that the weather on that day was unusually hot. It was almost unbearable during the night and we could not sleep properly. There was an air-conditioning unit in the room, but unfortunately it was not able to cool the room temperature down. We asked the reception if they had any fan that we could use, but unfortunately it was not available. We understood that it was unusual for such heat in Munich. We appreciated the understanding of the staffs about the situation, and their advice to open the window. But it did not help much. Nevertheless, we would suggest that it would be good for the hotel to have some small fans available when a heatwave is anticipated or have them ready for any unforeseen circumstances. That would help a lot. Overall, I still think that the hotel is good and we will consider staying here again next time.

We stayed just for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very convenient location, near city center of Karlzplatz and Haupbahnhof train station, metro and tram stations too, with many cafes and restaurants around it, though the area safety is a bit lower than average. The room was very small, and even a bit awkwarding with a bathroom even smaller but it looks directly over the main street. it is nice but sometimes it gets a bit noisy. Wifi was not bad and the small TV set had mainly German channels. Breakfast was modest. Not too many options but was fair enough. Staff members in general were nice with a good command of english language, and it was very clean. We were on a group trip, so i really can't tell about the prices but they are probably very moderate. In general, maybe there are better options for hotels especially the tight rooms but nothing to really complain about.
