“Great location excellent hotel”

Nice welcoming, great location, clean, professional staff and multilanguage, the breakfast you can not miss it. ! Spacious room, good AC. The hotel is located in the main street for the old city and to Marienplatz is just few minutes walking. Train station very closed !

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations.
