“If you are looking for centrally located, clean and safe budget stay, this is it!”
As a solo female traveler, I found the Merian Hotel very pleasant. It was on a quiet street next to the station, right in the centre of everything. The hotel itself was excellent value for money. “Our stay at the Merian Hotel Köln”
Small hotel, a bit older but location was very good and very close to the train station. Pros: comfortable bed- nice big shower- small fridge- big windows- location- friendly staff- and small lift. Cons: poor wifi connection- small and thin pillows- old carpet that looked dirty.
