“Great hotel”
Great location and very friendly reception staff; checking we super fast and easy process; full service provided about amenities and facilities; Breakfast was good too; Room was clean and I was surprised to see they have Rituals products. Love it

“Great stay”
Stayed here for night in long journey and visit Dortmund - friendly staff very clean rooms , rooms could be a slightly bigger but for short stay or if you don’t spend to much time in the room is perfect. We arrived for just one night. We were met by an extremely helpful and efficient lady on reception. “Look elsewhere”
The room is clean and cool, but the hotel is isolated with no dining near by. Convenient to U Bahn, though. Room is cramped, WiFi sketchy, and breakfast stingy. Quite expensive for being so remote in a second rate city. Better and cheaper choices available in the center of town.
