“Good value for money”

“very poor staff”
Stayed there one night when I had business in Düsseldorf. Met 2 staff people and both seemed overchallenged with everything...clearly didn’t enjoy their job there...not unfriendly, not friendly...seems trying to to make the day go by, I guess. “Not bad”
Stayed here for a few days for work. Hotel is ok, comfortable room and all around good stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as well as the 2€ for a bottle of water. Things to improve for sure but fine for a good night sleep...
