Due to a cancellation of our flight we stayed in this hotel arranged by the airline. Kind welcome, smooth check in and a nice room. “Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed it”

The rooms are fine. The breakfast is great and the receptionists are very helpful I would just say, I would expect the hotel to have twin rooms but they just have double beds which I’ve heard is common in Dusseldorf. The check-in and check-out operations are self-guided via tablet, but still easy. The staff is friendly and helpful.
