“Lovely rooms, not a nice area and a bit of a sad scam.”
Lovely apartments. Good Ac. Not very childfriendly. My son, 6 years, got up in extra bed and it broke, look at the pictures, he’s a tiny kid. He got so scared :( and now Helvetia Suites is keeping our deposit 150€. I feel so surprised and sad. They will fix the bed on their own (it’s easy to fix)… more

“Great place for families to stay”
We have just stayed here for the Xmas markets with our 3 yr old son. Perfect set up for families. Quick check in process. Large, spacious apartment. Super clean and quiet. Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk to either the tram or U Bahn. Only negatives were no lift which for us we strugg… more

I arrived late in the evening at the main train station, so walked the 15 minutes, which was a bit dodgy that time of day. Once checked in, the location for me was absolutely perfect.
