“1st time visit”

1st time staying here the room room was a single and very small but the shower was hot and very powerful had complimentary water and soft drink and a snack bar. Plenty of coffee and tea and reception was very helpful when I needed a plug for my phone

Back at our usual hotel everytime we are in Dusseldorf. Back at our usual hotel everytime we are in Dusseldorf. I paid for a single room but got a slight upgrade to a double bed room but honestly, if it were 2 persons sharing, this would have been quite a squeeze. But me being alone, this was more than comfortable. Service staff are super nice and friendly, from front desk to breakfast service and housekeeping. Basic clean room, but bed and pillow are both too soft for my liking. Bathroom is clean, water pressure of the shower is good but the hair dryer is weak.  Location is rather convenient, with a direct bus to the Messe Centre, just 1 min walk away. There's also a Rewe supermarket just round the corner and quite some restaurants in the vicinity.  Breakfast spread is limited but I love the breads they offer and that's all I needed. On the morning of the last day, I left before breakfast operating hours and they had these packs ready for guests leaving early, with sandwiches, egg and fruit. How lovely.

Small hotel and small rooms but decent for singles. Rooms are labeled by city names, my room Los Angeles faces the street side and gets rather noisy at night which doesn't bother me much, but if sounds bothers you, best to request for a room facing the inside instead. As rooms are limited, best to request in advance. Room is basic, bathroom is a little small and old but clean. Lift is very small, while it says it could take 3 persons at a time, so far I've only made it with 2 persons at maximum when we are in our thick winter coats. With luggages, it can only fit 1. What I loved most is breakfast, the restaurant has a lovely glasshouse area with natural daylight, food is nothing wow typical basic fare, service is warm and friendly here. Location is pretty good, short walking distance to Victoria Platz U-Bahn Station and there's also a bus stop less than 100m away that brings you straight to the Messe Fairground. There's also a REWE supermarket just round the corner.

“Bit noisy but ok”

Spent one night, it was allright - a bit noisy for my liking but i slept well. Beds were comfortable! I could pretty much hear people watch tv through the walls, paperthin! “Basic, but room for improvement ”

Rooms of varying sizes, I got the twin room which was spacious but my colleague who got the single room it was really small with just enough space to move around. Rooms of varying sizes, I got the twin room which was spacious but my colleague who got the single room it was really small with just enough space to move around. Hotel WiFi was terrible, during the period I was there the hotel is at 100% occupancy so when it came to the night, the WiFi is also overloaded and unable to logon. Breakfast is basic, cold cuts, eggs, bread, cheese. Typical of German hotels generally. Service staff are mostly seniors but very friendly and warm. Has a direct bus to the Messe Centre fairground just outside the hotel, also walking distance to Victoria Platz Ubahn Station.
