“Fab hotel”
Our 1st stay in Germany and hotel was great. The staff are fantastic too. Great beer on tap and top notch breakfast. We were only here 4 nights but wish it could have been longer. Great place and nearby bars and places to eat.

Brilliant place to stay, the hotel is in Elsen, about a 15 minutes bus journey to Paderborn. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, everything we asked for we got straight away. “Stayed here for business (approximately 8 days)”
Excellent value for money - one particular member of staff was excellent 'Mickey' she was helpful had great customer service and couldn't be more helpful. Which outweighed some of the more miserable member of staff (owners daughter) Thankfully Mickey was more than enough to compensate - brilliant… more

I stayed in the Kaiserpfalz for one night whilst in the area on a business trip. I arrived on a Sunday evening - reception isn't permanently manned at the weekends but I was able to give them a call and collect my key from a coded lock box by the door. No issue here. “Good hotel let down by lack of Restaurant and bar”
Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel looks like a block of flats from the outside, but when you go inside, it’s nothing like the outside, it’s a typical German hotel.
