“Beautiful place to stay”
Had an outstanding 3 night stay in a junior suite. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just .0.8 mile from the Bad Neuenahr train station. “A nice stay in the corona period”
A warm welcome by the reception and excellent service during our stay. We enjoyed the new thermal pool which opened on July 1st. The restaurant served another menu every day and the servants did a great job in terms of security (wore masks) and cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Staying here for three nights in this year's Indian Summer, we loved this Hotel. Had a great room - update - overlooking the city, that Casino and the wine-hills.
