“Beautiful place to stay”
Had an outstanding 3 night stay in a junior suite. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just .0.8 mile from the Bad Neuenahr train station. “Overnight luxury”

“Not the experience whe'd expected”
The food at the bistro was disappointing. We'd expect a bit higher level of food at this venue. The tiles on the bathroom wall weren't spotless. “Shocking (see picture)”
Shocked to be charged 15 euros for a tea (see picture). Literally one bag of tea and some hot water. I asked for explanations, they said it's a 5 star hotel and they don't make the rules. Absolutely ridiculous...
